Temperature roller coaster

Some freaky weather going on out there and it's affecting us now. Monday morning we woke up to 21°F. This morning? It's currently 62°F. The rapid warmth and humidity has caused condensation on sidewalks and other road surfaces. Even the parking garage was totally soaked when I parked this morning (and this is a parking garage!).

High today expected to reach into the mid 70's and then cooler tomorrow, but a good chance of severe weather. Greg Fishel from WRAL-TV is predicting there could be a 30 degree temperature range across the viewing area at times tomorrow. I love changing weather. We shall see what unfolds today and tomorrow.

I just posted something similar, though much more brief. How odd that we both thought to share similar info at around the same time.

The kitchen looks great by the way.

Yep, all up and down the eastern seaboard. This is where the interesting stuff happens.

Gotta love living in the south where you can experience all four seasons in a 24 hour period.

I did enjoy not having to wear a jacket to the office this morning though! I'll take this over frozen crap from the skies ANY day.

This has been one cold winter so far. What a great break. Just wish I could get out and bike in it.

Oh, but I love snow! It's better than a cold rain at 33°F.

Mid 70's? That's crazy talk. It was 4 degrees here this morning with a windchill of minus 12 when I left for work. It's currently a whopping 5 degrees, but the wind has died down a little.

Oh, yes, your colder than ice age weather is headed here. Only a matter of time. We're looking at some possibly serious severe weather tomorrow.
