Blackberry Desktop for Mac is here!

RIM finally released the first version of the Blackberry Desktop Manager for Mac! They just released this last Friday. So far, it's going very well. Just about everything you could do in the Windows environment you can now do in the Mac. It syncs directly with your calendar, contacts, tasks (not using that), notes (not using that) and iTunes. This is working so much better than the Markspace crappy software which was no finicky and eventually goes unstable screwing up things. It's a long list of items that were buggy and some that flat out did not work with the old software--good riddance.

*gasp* I don't know what you speak of. It's only crappy in the DTC...where I work.

If they ever come back to Verizon, I might think of switching back.

ATT sucks big time in the Raleigh/Durham area--dropped calls, weak signals, etc. It truly amazes me that ATT does not beef up their infrastructure here for this market. I would say about 50% of people I know say they don't have an iPhone because ATT is the sole provider. Verizon/Alltel has outstanding coverage and has held that title in my mind for 15 years.

The day Verizon starts selling iPhones, I'll be at their doorstep to buy one. Until then, I like a phone that works all of the time.

I live in Denver. Verizon was horrible and they couldn't fix it, but they could get me a new phone. *blank look*

My phone works all the time, it just drops calls.
