160.5?

I only weigh myself Friday mornings. It keeps me from overanalyzing my weight loss and it's a consistent time to measure it. 2 weeks ago I weight 165. A week ago I weighed 165. So no weight loss there and I was eating a little bit more than I usually do, so that was not a big surprise.

This morning as I was getting ready to get breakfast I realized I did not weigh myself yet. I took off most of my clothes and did a double take. Took off the rest of my clothes (since I usually weigh myself naked just before showering) to get the most accurate number and was really surprised--160.5 lbs.! I was really floored and not sure what caused me to lose 4.5 lbs. in a week. That's really freaky, but I'm so happy too.

Granted, this could bounce back a bit, but still, this is very good. I'm almost past the 160 lbs. barrier.

It took some time, but the waistline started to catch up. I'm right on the edge of switching over from my 36W jeans/khakis to 34W. Actually, they might fit now.

No cowboy boots for me--my feet are too delicate. :)
