I'm not exactly sure of what I'm doing differently, but I've been getting to bed at a reasonable hour and sleeping 7-8 hours for several days now. I actually feel like getting up before the alarm goes off. Normally I was getting less than 6 hours night after night.

Used to be when I went to bed I would be out like a light. Now it takes 10-15 minutes before I'm ready to doze off. Now add all this dreaming stuff that I forgot about. Sure, I always dreamed some even when exhausted, but nothing like what I'm doing now. Most of them are vivid and sometimes get mixed up with reality when I wake up in the morning. Many of them are about aircraft, windows and other weird things. I would much prefer something more sexual. :)

It's just taking some getting used to again. Energy is much better during the day and that was needed too.
